Clock Toggle: { Initial }, { VirtualKey }
                    
{ Initial } will be
0 = starts off
1 = starts on
                    
{ Virtual Key } will be
-1 = no virtual key assigned ( so initial state never changes )
= Virtual Key chosen from Virtual Key List

This shows what time it is.
 
Doesn't get much simpler than this.  Clock, current time.  Set it on, no toggle key.
