Blobs are the shapes you see on the automap. They can be configured using the program Paint. If you use white pixels for the shape, they will take on the color you designate as mapcolor. If you use other than white, they will use that color, no matter what you put in mapcolor. If you use a combination of white and colors, then the white will take on mapcolor, and the other color will remain the same.
Edit blobs using Paint. If you open the waypoint.bmp, you will have a really large canvas to work on. Just remember to save with a different name, or you will overwrite your waypoint file.
The blob command always uses this format, putting whatever name you have saved your file with into blobfilename, using quotes around the blobfilename. The only exception to this is the waypoint, which requires no command to implement. You can edit the waypoint, and it will just be used.
(Item, Player, Object, Missile, Monster) Blob File: "blobfilename"
These are just examples of my blobs.
