Out Town Select Toggle: { Initial }, { VirtualKey }
                    
{ Initial } will be
0 = starts off
1 = starts on
                    
{ Virtual Key } will be
-1 = no virtual key assigned ( so initial state never changes )
= Virtual Key chosen from Virtual Key List
 

Out Town Select Toggle
 
This can enable seeing another character's equipment when outside of town.
 
Some people do not want the capability of seeing someone else's equipment when outside of town, because it can interfere with gameplay.  If a monster is standing close to another player, and you are trying to highlight the monster in order to attack it, you may keep highlighting the other player instead.  By setting this to a toggle, you can switch it off during those times that you don't need to view another player's equipment.
