Item Basic Stats Toggle: { Initial }, { VirtualKey }
                    
{ Initial } will be
0 = starts off
1 = starts on
                    
{ Virtual Key } will be
-1 = no virtual key assigned ( so initial state never changes )
= Virtual Key chosen from Virtual Key List
 

Item Basic Stats Toggle
 
Allows the item description of a socketed item to include information on what it was socketed with, and what those items add to the item.
 
You either want to see this, or not.  Does not enhance gameplay.  Should probably either have it set on or off, with no virtual key.
