Rune Numbers Toggle: { Initial }, { VirtualKey }
{ Initial } will be
0 = starts off
1 = starts on
{ Virtual Key } will be
-1 = no virtual key assigned ( so initial state never changes )
= Virtual Key chosen from Virtual Key List
Rune Numbers Toggle
This allows the number of the rune to show, along with the name.
You probably don't need to assign a virtual key to this one. You will probably always want the number to either show or not show. So just set it to be on or off, with no key assigned.
